ADD/ADHD is a very real and
very controversial disorder. Millions are
affected by the sometimes subtle, sometimes dramatic
actions of individuals with this disorder.
Teachers, co-workers, spouses, friends, medication,
support folks and programs can only do so much
to help. Like it or not, we ADD'ers are a part
of society, and we have
influence.

fun to use and really not all that complicated."
The Self Cube Program is designed to
help manage ADD/ADHD with small, subtle but
consistent behavior changes that become habit, then
turn into a unique personal trait. This is a diverse and
progressive program that improves upon proven
techniques, cue management, task completion,
transition management and several other "issues" we
ADD/ADHD folks have with daily activities. Designed
to work harmoniously with or without prescribed
medication to help you find your personal balance so you can
achieve your personal champion.
This program will sometimes
appear tongue in cheek and a little light hearted,
this is intentional because sometimes you just have
to laugh at the things we do. This is not
designed to be a dry, medicinal or highly technical
program as there are already many such programs
available. The Self Cube Program, however, is designed to
work in concert with these other support programs,
or all by itself, to help you reach your potential.
And we do have
