The Cue Cards

Along with the Self Cube there are 6 Cue Cards, 1 for each symbol with the associated text.  This is used both as a stress reliever for the user and a Cue for the support folks and is based on the old stress stone concept.  The "Daily Cube" is carried or affixed to a book/binder for a constant reminder to work on that trait for the day.  In times of stress, the card is rubbed between the thumb/fingers while counting to ten.  This acts as a diffusing tools and a cue for others to take action.  Join the program and start your journey to personal balance today!
